Boabooks archive is a reference library with a variety of rare and special collections of books, zines and other printed materials within the fields of contemporary art, architecture, design and typography. Our specialised archive of mail art, bookworks, and magazines is available for research purposes. We aim to inform and share by giving access to material that can be found offline. Individuals or small groups with a research project are welcome to consult the archive free of charge. However, archive consultations are by appointment only. You can send us an email indicating the date and time you would like to visit, as well as the number of people who wish to attend. Boabooks will reply as quickly as possible, but please allow at least three weeks for a response. Therefore, do not travel before receiving a reply from us. Moreover, we display an ongoing curated selection of exhibitions featuring artists who create bookworks and multiples in our spaces and beyond.
Izet Sheshivari publish Boabooks and has participated in countless art book fairs. He has conceived many projects through The Liberated Page Union. Since 2017, Boabooks, edition fink, Jungle Books and tria publishing platform - have worked together as the collective ´Fair Enough’ in promoting books and projects within and outside Switzerland.
